My first interaction with Baki beauty was quite okay. The website is quite easy to navigate especially with the classification of products into different categories. The easiest classification for me to use was the brands one. The check out process is quite easy though I had a challenge with the payment reflecting on their side but it was resolved over a call. They also sent a receipt via email. Their delivery process was disappointing. I expected a same day delivery,considering I had paid for an express fee, which is quite high but I had wait for the next day.
