I have used their platform twice to sell household furniture that I was no longer using. I think it is an effective platform and the fee they charge, even with the recent increase, is fair. I have managed to sell two pieces of furniture and gotten several inquiries after my items were posted on their page. I do find their communication to be rude and unprofessional at times. That's an area they can definitely improve on.
