I wanted to buy a small mic and tripod stand for my business for the first time. I didn't really know what exactly to get. My sister recommended a few shops, one of them being Lenny Venture. I continued to do my research and found another page in the same location as Lenny Venture that was running ads on IG at the time. When I went to the 2nd shop, they were not welcoming at all and were not very willing to help me figure out the best type of mic and tripod stand to get. Nikasema niwachane na hao kwa sababu ni kama hawana haja na kuniuzia. Then, I went to Lenny's shop and they had several customers and I understand why. Even though they were busy, I was not ignored. I was spoken to politely and professionally. My questions were answered patiently and I got all the information I needed, including what I didn't know to ask. We tested the mic and the tripod stand before I paid. I didn't feel taken advantage of. Yaani, such a top tier experience. I only saw male attendants at that shop yet, as a woman, I never felt uncomfortable or harassed. 10/10.
