I ordered a perfume that was to be delivered the following day,2 days later nothing had been delivered and there was no communication from their end. Upto 4 days later nothing had been delivered. Within those 4 days I tried reaching out through calls that no one was picking and DMs that were not being responded to,yet I could see her post on the IG stories. I decided to ask on the comments someone who'd commented if they've bought from them before because at this point I thought they were a scam. It is only then that she came into the DMs and replied in a very rude, abusive and uncouth manner. Now, she sent me back the money but she could have done so and taken feedback without being rude and abusive. This is by far the most unprofessional and abusive business I have ever dealt with. My interaction with them was by far the worst and most distasteful I've ever experienced.
