Overall, ordering from their website was quick and easy. I liked that their return & exchange policies are right there and very simple.
Since I was ordering items that were on sale, I went with the 'Pay on delivery' option to avoid any back and forth if the items had an issue.
The items were delivered on the 3rd day, so don't order from Shop Zetu if you need the items the next day. I don't know if they have an Express Shipment option. The shoes were as pictured but the dress, not exactly. The detail on the cuff of the dress I received was different from the photos on their website. I like that they had indicated the dress size that the model had worn because that let me know that I needed to size up for that dress. On their website, the dress has more buttons on the cuff. I returned the shoes because they were slightly big but they called me later and told me I can have them exchanged.
