I decided to give them a chance after I couldn't find tilapia fillet from my usual plug. I checked several places and Victory Fresh seemed to be the most affordable without compromising on quality.
I assumed that I'd get to pay on delivery but I got a text later in the night being told that for my order to be delivered the next day, I'd have to pay upfront.
I paid early the next morning but I wasn't sure if I would get the fish that day. To my surprise, the boda guy rang the bell and handed me my delivery, which was still frozen and well packaged. I think they could do better to make the ordering process seamless but I'd still give them another try.
