Devine wholesalers

I saw their post on tik tok so I decided to order with them, after a few days the items were not delivered as we had I agreed so I decided to follow up the lady reluctantly promised to deliver, days were now turning into weeks ,mark you they have a physical location and since am not in Nairobi I opt to send an errand guy only to tell him that the items were out of stock so at this point am so frustrated so i ask for replacement with any other items available that equals the money i had sent they took him in circles the whole day and told him to come the following week. The following week I send an errand lady who went through the same thing, it is at this point I gave up.
