At first, the interaction was good on Instagram. They were very responsive. I paid a down payment of 3,900 for a mirror worth 10,000, balance to be paid upon delivery. They confirmed it was ready and we even settled on a day for delivery. They never delivered, they became evasive and unresponsive. I paid through a Till number 5105151 registered to Jacob. I later called Safaricom who checked the phone number that was used to register the till, they tried calling both numbers but the numbers were disconnected. They even said I wasn't the first to report and I asked why they then kept the Till open, the customer service rep didn't know why.
