I had booked a trip to Mt Kipipiri 2 slots and it's was on offer. This trip was to take place 10th on November 2024but they cancelled due to rain which was okay at that time. Then later on I tried to reach out concerning the trip and I was told I can only redeem a trip two weeks to prior I did that in Jan and still they wen silent. After a month tried reaching out again in March and still they told me to redeem, I redeemed and then 2 days to the date of the hike I called and all there numbers no response. In may 2025 I called and I was blocked. Till date no refund has been done plus no communication and all the groups I was blocked I'm not able to access.
