Judy the florist

I ordered portraits a month ago, and as usual for delivery outside Nairobi, you have to pay first. A few days later, she hasn't sent samples as agreed, but after several follow ups, she sent the samples on WhatsApp, made a few comments on them but she never replied. Have been trying to reach her in vain, infact the number is ever offline, despite her posting Whatsapp status. She has since disabled comments on TikTok. Still in pain over losing my 8k😭😭😭
