"On 8th Feb I inquired whether one of the items they had posted, a body suit, was available...it wasn't, so I asked if they had any other bodysuits in stock in my size to which they forwarded a photo of one which had a cover up..it was 1500 for the set. looked good to me and they confirmed it was my size. I paid plus delivery to Mombasa. I picked up the item on 12th Feb and after trying it on, it didn't fit. I informed the business immediately and they said they didn't have any options for exchange at the moment and that they don't do any cash refund so I would have to wait for them to sell it then they'll send the money to me 😫...that was on 16th Feb...I'm still waiting!!
My honest review....This is the second time that I have bought an item from this business that ended up not fitting me..i believe that the sizes indicated on their posts are mostly ""guess work". Also the no cash refund policy isn't indicated on their page.🤔you would think the first experience would count as a lesson 🤦🏽♀️ but this second one definitely will. If you have time just visit their shop and try their stuff out. I would not recommend buying beforehand.
Meanwhile I'll be waiting for my refund."
