I had ordered for a couple of shoes which Mutinda delivered. However, I then ordered for two pairs and he only delivered one. On insisting for a refund for the undelivered pair, Mutinda blatantly ignored me and when he responded he kept saying he had no cash on him and wasn’t remorseful one bit. Please beware. No refund was ever issued, no apology or an alternative pair.

UPDATE:

MUTINDA FASHIONS ON IG

I reported his number to CAK, reported his number and business to Safaricom fraud department who then initiated a reversal process , then reported his IG page for fraud….drum rolls please….i got my money back. That there was his medicine!

Mutinda fashions is a scam.

I purchased a pair of shoes, paid & was told to go pick from CBD. The said shoes were nowhere to be found. They told me to call him but he never answers his calls. Followed up for 3 days then he told me to choose another pair but he’d always tell me they’re all sold out 🤦🏾‍♀️. I asked for a refund and he said it’d take him 2/3 business days to refund..haven’t received anything to date and he stopped communicating with me. BUYER BEWARE
