Texas wigs

This is a business on ticktok. They sell wigs but it's too good to be true. Hardly responds to comments especially to onds [ones] asking about locations and legitimacy. They have their number on WhatsApp which I contacted asking for availability of a wig, whereby they confirmed to having it in a color I didn't fancy and promised to restock and contact me thereafter but the same was not commissioned. On their posts, some comments have stated that it's payment upon delivery but on WhatsApp they declarec that option to be null and void, which raised a plethora of suspicion.
